Eurasian Jay

This bird led me a merry dance, he kept flying in briefly because he knew there was food at the feeder, but dodging out of the way as soon as I tried to get a shot. Eventually I managed it but as you see he had no intention of coming out into the open.

We've spent a lovely lunch time with Jack's sister and husband and this year we'll be spending Christmas together too;  they have often gone to the Netherlands to have Christmas with their youngest daughter but this year they've decided to stay home. 

I've just finished tagging and sorting my photos from LPH and I've still some editing to do but at least they're in some semblance of order.  Thank you for stopping by my journal, it's much appreciated.
