King James VI Hospital

This is a famous building in Perth , founded as a school, hospital and place for the poor in the sixteenth century this building dates from 1750 and is now flats , the rental from which still goes to charitable purposes.

I like the city and have spent lots of tine there over the years at Party meetings , conferences or campaigning - most notably in the Parliamentary by-election of 1995 .

I was there tonight to support Pete Wishart’s re-election campaign and help, I hope , add to his majority of 21 at the 2017 election!
