Mon the Shots

Old Age Slabbers watching a free kick about to be taken for the Mighty Shots against Accrington Stanley this afternoon. Danny Lopez scored a terrific flicked on header to make it 2-0 after Troy Brown had given us the lead from a dangerous Kieron Cadagon cross in the first half.

The Mighty Shots played a solid professional game today and every player had a good game. James Beattie, playing for the Stanley, was made to look decidedly average, and the Shots were resurgent, securing their 3rd consecutive victory in 2013.
