Babysitters instructions

I'm finally catching up on my sleep having had a couple of sleepless nights since I got back. Tonight though I'm round at Katy and Jon's while they go out for a long awaited meal. I came up to bed and found this on the bedroom door
I'm not sure whether it is part of a game or is addressed to me as it is the babysitters room, lol!
Went out with Kate shopping this mooring and came back with lots of ideas and costs. This afternoon I put together the lasagne for tomorrow and did very little else. I have managed to get the first set of minutes, from the weekend, typed up this evening, so that's good.
