Sculpture at the Tyne Pedestrian Tunnel entrance

Wet, grey, grim day, but seems like a rather appropriate background for this steel sculpture which represents the two banks of the River Tyne and all the bridge crossings in the metropolitan area.
The camera seems to have produced an eerie lighting effect around the sculpture. Leaving this metallic crossing point, we carried on for a further couple of miles to a retail park for lunch.
