Darn!
To say the least!
I packed down Christmas today and decided that now would be a good time to (finally) use one of the hooks I put up in the window for the advent stars and hang the beautiful small lamp I got from one of my relatives some time ago. The lamp is made by one of my fathers cousins, and made of birch bark. He made several and they are spread out through the families now. So, I hung the lamp - it's perfect! But, then I see that the plug and the socket doesn't match. Typical! Not the most problematic thing in the world, but it irks me a bit. Luckily the store has these kinds of stuff, so I'll just by the right plug and replace it. Although I'm not sure about putting an ungrounded cord in a grounded plug... perhaps that's ok, and it's the other way around that isn't.
The photo of this is treated a bit in Pixlr, so it didn't look quite so boring...
At least I have dark chocolate...
