Looking through

We used to take our daugher to the local library a lot on Saturdays when she was pre-school. Unfortunately this routine had to stop when it clashed with her Chinese lessons. So a real treat that the library has extended its opening hours so we could all borrow some new books today.

Then over to a coffee shop, where I spent a significant amount of time persuading our boy to stick his head through this chair with a hole in its back. This was the nearest thing to a successful outcome, but it's not quite how I had pre-visualised the shot. Probably an improvement, to be honest!
