Indian stir fry with salmon. I used patak's Indian stir fry sauce in Bengali coconut, on offer in sainsburys for 54p atm! Perfect for one or two and it was tasty. I don't usually like the Chinese packet sauces so much but I will buy more of these to.liven up stir frys. Ran today yeah!
