Breakfast made by Mike! Back much worse. Woke up in pain couldn't move as it was spasming so painful I was in tears. Mike luckily had some sopadol left from when he had a trapped nerve in his back last month so I had 2 of them and they really helped and I fell back asleep. Never had a bad back before must be getting old! So glad we have good painkillers here! And I'm very lucky to have such a wonderful nurse to look after me.
