The King

I have noticed quite a few King parrots around mum's place.  This one and his missus dropped in for some sunflower seeds.  This was the first time I have seen them come up so close to us.  A crimson rosella pushed it's way in and he retreated.  What a messy eater I might add.  Despite their size and bold colours, they are really a rather submissive sort parrot in the Australian parrot world.
