A hidden sunset

There was some high cloud around which I though would make for a decent sunset but not to be, drowned out by the lower clouds it was.  It was low tide this evening here at Newie beach.  You may notice that white marquee on the right hand side.  There is a little car race here next weekend.  I will be doing my best to stay away.

Hamish and I visited the nursing home today.  It will be our last visit until after Christmas as I will be going away on Wednesday week.  It was strange wishing people a Merry Christmas but I suppose it will be here before you know it.
