Waiting for F.M.i.L.

Dropped F.M.i.L. at church this morning and left the car in the car park while I nipped over the road to pick something up from a shop.
Got diverted by a phone call to go to another shop, Debenhams which is a large department store, to find something else. Didn't find it but it meant there wasn't time to go home and back again so Jonty and I just sat near the vestry. Wasn't too long though as there weren't many in the congregation and communion was in full swing (if that's the correct term).
As the priests came by at the end they commented on what a lovely dog Jonty was and one of them bent down to give him a scratch of the ears. He has a small dog himself. St Francis would have been very pleased at that :-)
