A Ridge of High Pressure

I was up early this morning - don't know why, we both just woke up at around 7 o'clock. The long run of grey days has come to an end as "a ridge of high pressure" has moved over Sweden so it was good to be up and to see the sun literally come up over the horizon. This was it - the sun blinked into life at 08:14 and this was taken 2 minutes later. It stayed sunny the whole day.
Later in the day we drove our cars to Sundsvall and left one of them with Lars and Annika who are currently without transport. We ate a delicious meal together and Lars and I talked sourdough methods and we watched a couple of films on YouTube. Jan thinks I'm becoming a sourdough nerd, and I think she's right!
