Wild Flowers

An very early bike ride, before a busy day, doing "stuff" that needs to be done before going on holiday - lawns, edges trimmed, watering gardens and pots, washing & packing.  But end of the day and all is done ready for an early departure in the morning. 
And where are we going - to the very top of the South Island, but thats later in the week.  We will be in Nelson until Thursday, then off we go with our friends Joan & Trev on an adventure.
Because of the remoteness I do wonder if I will be able to blip, but time will tell.  I may be off grid for a few days before we start to head down the island to Takaka area. Will keep in touch if I can.
Scooted down (not literally) to the beach at the end of the day to photograph the wild poppies (I blipped one last Monday) - they were looking pretty sad, having been hammered by the gales over the last couple of days.  One good thing about being down there the sky was lovely and gurgling.
