Portugal Workshop - Last Day
We were up early again for our last morning - the weather was the best today, and we could not decide whether to go to Porto for the sunrise or to the little fishing boats to get the sunrise and reflections. We opted for the latter, where we took sunrise photos as seen above. However there was a bit of a breeze so we could not get perfect reflections of the boats so we moved further around the lagoon to the boat house (as seen in the extras) where the water was so calm and we had absolutely perfect reflections.
Then back to the hotel for our last breakfast - we have now packed up and are about to check out to depart to the airport. Today is a bit of a waste of a day which is always the case on a travelling day. I will be home late tonight so I decided to quickly upload my blip now.
I have really enjoyed the workshop and it was with a great group of people. Besides exploring an area I have not visited before, I also learnt some technical things like using live view to compose landscapes where you have the advantage of the level indicator and focus peaking which is very useful when you are working in dark, pre-sunrise and post sunset conditions.
It will be back to usual routines from tomorrow - and plenty of Xena cuddles and walks!
