Who's Coat Is That Jacket?

Mrs BB and I walked into Cardiff City Centre as she wanted to buy some things. Just as we split for an hour apart I took this one of a woman walking infront of us, which left Mrs BB smiling as she's used to my sudden urges to take things that amuse me.
