Gone fishin'

What a lovely day. I had an early visit from a representative from GPlan who came to check our ongoing dispute with the store we bought our two sofas from.

As I expected there was no fault with the sofa, it met specifications so now it’s back to the store. We bought the sofas based on what we sat on in the store. They were very comfortable. The sofas we took delivery of were so different from those in the store. They made my legs ache and go numb.

The sofas were delivered in April, we were so dissatisfied with them that we went back to the store the next day. Since then the store has been very evasive and have to be chased every couple of weeks.

Susan’s friend from her childhood is visiting today. They’ve kept in touch these 50 years and now that both have retired it’s become a whole lot easier to see each other. We’ve had a good day with a fine walk in the sunshine this afternoon. Majors Lake provided the setting of the patient angler waiting for a nibble.
