Orchid

This exquisite orchid was a gift to my friend Carol from a lovely fellow who had done some work at her home.  I just loved the shape of it and the colour.  I’m off home to the mountains today (Monday) after a really relaxing weekend in the city.  I didn’t have to drive anywhere in the car apart from the markets yesterday and it was great to be so close to the water.  I had such good intentions about working on my photo library but I have to admit I didn’t even get started on the project I had set myself.
