Cross

Not a great start to the day after last night's excesses but the nets were opened and a few birds caught before heading off To South Uist to take Tricia to her spinning group.
Whilst there, I went to find an incised cross and here it is. The sun was not being helpful but it can be seen. It was reckoned to have been used for outdoor services as some stage in the not-too-distant past. Details can now be found on the Canmore database - a record of all the known historical and archaeological sites in Scotland.
