Team Building

Team event in Birmingham for the next two days. The team event in the evening, as there always is at these things, was go-karting. I wasn’t sure how that would bring us together but in between the three races for each group we were all chatting away. Once we realised ‘the winner’ was the fastest lap and not who finished first our group calmed down a bit!
