Walking the wine off!

A really lovely evening before you read on please take TAKE A LOOK AT DAVE'S WORK

It really was a good night Brent Amy, Marcia left around 11 I made them a full English first as they have a long drive back. Unfortunately they couldn't stay longer as Marcia has a science exam first thing. After they left we got Ash down the beach it was busy as it was after 11 we were fortunate to find a parking space. Luckily the clock cafe were open so we warmed up with a milky coffee the cakes looked yummy but I resisted :) I think Im still a little drunk as I did over indulge not happy with myself but its done now im not going to dwell. I will face the scales on Tues. After are walk I sorted the beds and put everything back in its place hung the washing and put another load in. Im really tired didn't get in till midnight and we didn't get to bed till 2am then up at 8am so im going to have a nap :) im at lindas at 6pm for Sunday night tv and a WW pizza and salad, planning along walk in the morning hoping where not snowed in.

I will catch up with all your blips from yesterday when I wake up.
