Winter Colour
I know it's Autumn still, but it is decidedly chilly! This colourful garden in Metheringham really caught my eye. It is set out so well, and the colours work together brilliantly. I may not have a garden of my own, but I can appreciate that a lot of work must have gone into this.
This morning felt a bit like a rerun of yesterday - it started with a migraine, but today's was harder to shake off than yesterday's. Again I had lots to get done, including the stock orders for work. I had brought them home to do so that Amir didn't have to get there so early to let me in.
I went over to the Folks and they were OK. My Dad still has his cold, and said it is starting to affect his chest. I suggested he sees his doctor before it gets too bad but he said he's going to wait and see until I'm next there on Monday, or if need be, get Estelle to call them for him.
Ally has started doing a weird thing - in the night he takes stuff from the living room and hides them under my Dad's bed! Random things like TV remotes, a bag of his food and a little plastic box my Dad keeps packs of hearing aid batteries in!
I'm glad to be home! It is cold and damp out. But it will soon be time to head off to work again!
