Sparkles!

Knowing I would not be able to get out and about during the day with my camera I popped down to Kingston an hour before sunrise. There was a really spiteful wind blowing so numb fingers combined with semi darkness made taking this photo a bit of a challenge. I don't possess an ND filter...yet..so tried a circular polariser which worked quite well. The F14 aperture with 20 second shutter speed turned the lights into sunbursts.
