Beach Yoga .....

on Friday mornings.

I used to travel over to Linwood on Monday mornings, for yoga, but ended up thinking I'd prefer a simpler/easier class. So I tried out Beach Yoga down in Sumner this morning. It was delightful, and only just down the hill from home. I'm not sure about doing it over winter, but - we'll wait and see which way that mop flops.

Next time I'll try to get more of the sea in the image.
