Favourite programme

I continued to work on the Iran book. Still no news of Shab and all internet and phones are cut off.

We picked up the boys from school. It has been a hard week for the family. Not only had James been poorly, but also school is referring him to an educational psychologist because of his disruptive behaviour. He has not settled into Reception class. He has always been a tricky child - stubborn, strong-willed and attention seeking. Yet he can be delightful and a charmer.

When he was poorly he watched Seven Planets One World, the David Attenborough program and has learned so much. He has no problem with concentration when it is something that interests him. Both boys have a great interest in the natural world and are very knowledgeable. Here they are watching a cassowary in the Australia episode.

They are both tired with sniffy noses and are full of colds and are winding each other up so wish us luck.
