Something's afoot

I cannot answer questions about this. It's outside a restaurant downtown. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but it's run by a woman who knows a guy who ran a great taco place in Frostburg. That guy is facing drug-trafficking charges, so that's why I used the past tense. Oops.
