Next year eat ham!

I paused to get a photo of this funny sign at a house along my walk today. A woman was stepping out of the house and saw me laughing at it. She asked if I needed anything. I said I liked her sign. Then she asked if I knew I didn't have to wear my mask all the time. I just said it keeps my face warm because it was rather chilly. I don't want to argue with a stranger.

The virus is getting bad in my county. The new cases per 100,000 are far higher here than any other in the state. I'm afraid it's going to be way worse after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Jill and I aren't traveling. I hope the rest of you choose to stay home too. I am worried about some friends.

In other news, I didn't faint today. One good thing!
