Sunshine on the last of the autumn leaves

I persisted with the gentle walking again. This may appear to be a sensible approach or pure madness. Various commentators have said keep moving, do it gently and avoid twisting. I’m going with their advice.

Such a glorious morning to be out and dawdling in Mote Park. Much warmer of late with blue skies and sunshine lighting up the remaining leaves on trees. Masses of other people out enjoying the weather too.

A busy afternoon doing much stuff in the office, the online grocery shopping, roasting and pickling beetroot and cooking the dinner. (not all in the office)

FaceTimed Chris and Landon in California. Landon was showing me his toy engines so I showed him a couple of mine.

Having a hour or so relaxation now.
