Cooking against the clock

Tonight I was cooking dinner. This pic shows the pile of ingredients which (under the written tuition of Sir Jamie of Oliver) I was hoping to turn into a Thai Chicken Laksa in 15 minutes.

The dish was successful, though it took just over 20 mins; the lack of food processor is my excuse for the delay, well that and no production crew to help me out!
