Fallen leaves

 - caught on another shrub in the garden.  The Japanese maple has dumped most of its leaves now - it's sad to see them go, but they have given me a lot of photo opportunities!

Worked from home today, which was very welcome as I'm really not feeling very well.  Sore glands and general run-down-ness :(  I only spent half the day in my pyjamas though - did eventually shower and dress at lunchtime.

My niece's 18th birthday today - three fifths of my niblings are now adults; god, tha makes me feel old!  She made me laugh when I texted her this morning though, replying with "Thank you Auntie Spanna" :)  Bless her!
