Messing about Mud Plugging

Day two and a Land Rover Experience at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire.  We had a whole morning driving along the private tracks of the castle, climbing over obstacles and wading through water so deep that it came well over the door sills of the car.  We both had a brilliant time and learnt so much about my car's capabilities; not that I am ever likely to take it over the tracks and through the depths of water we encountered.  Lorna has decided that as soon as any snow falls, we are swapping cars for her commute to work!

I was allowed to get out of the car to take a quick video and gave me the opportunity to get a frame capture of the car balancing on two wheels as it changed camber on this section of track while Lorna was driving.

Then it was off to a shopping village nearby, only to bump into our best friends!  In the end we spent most of the time in a restaurant catching up rather than retail therapy.
