Billy Bragg

As I walked out of pret (clutching a mildly pretentious lunch) I heard a massive cheer. 

Seems Billy Bragg was playing in front of the Senate House in support of a University Strike. 
He was on very good form and the crowd loved it.

I was thinking about how annoying it must have been for anyone just about to start busking. You set up your guitar, put out your hat with a few coins in it and then just as you launch into your opening number, Billy Bragg appears with a guitar.  

Anyway, I have a lot of respect for Mr Bragg, he has certainly remained true to his beliefs and has written some great songs.
