Morning trees in the Quantocks

Usually at this time in the morning (about 7:45 am) there are flocks of crows (or are they rooks?) behaving monstrously in these trees. But this day was cold and wet, and they were probably still in bed. I love the trees, even on a morning such as this. Only three-quarters of an hour to go before one of my first treats of the year - a full English!
