Coffee time!

After the first rehearsal of the day, it was time for coffee in the entrance hall of Halsway Manor, with its wonderful fireplace, panelling and ceiling. There was a roaring fire in the grate, not that you can see it here. This part of the manor dates back to the 15th century. It is quite a place!

The tapestries depict some of the folk-dancing activities that take place here. Behind the door at the far end is the sitting room and bar, blipped by Cathaber here.
