The nutcracker.

A difficult choice.
There were so many starlings on next door’s lawn I had to take a photo.
Then this squirrel came scampering up and down and all over.
Managed to snap it scampering down the tree with a beech nut in its mouth.
So I’m afraid that the squirrel won, and the starlings are extra.

Another wet dismal day, and so decided to do the supermarket shop today, so that tomorrow we can have a day out as they say the sun will return! Hope they are right.
Looking back I see that last year the weather was just the same.
