Shiver me timbers

My friend Elaine completed the parkrun pirate challenge today.  The challenge is to complete 7 events with with a 'C' and one beginning with an 'R' 

I was disappointed that I'd not realised as  there would have been a parrot  or at least an eye patch on my person.  We had a lovely morning and I was very happy that Mildred has heated seats too.
