New workplace buddy

A half day at work followed by a quick stop for some additional orthrotics for my running shoes, then lucn with my friend Ester.

Listenening to WMN podcast on route and chatting to adjacent table, my parkrun weekend started early.  Great to catch up with Ester too but we made a poor desert choice.

A quick afternoon shopping stop and an impulse purchase for the office.  Will see how that goes on Monday.

Evening out with Lin and Linda and a better, sticky toffee pudding choice.  Learned about magic boxes and infared heating too.

Christmas eating begun, for sure.
