A touch of frost

Despite a late start parts of the morning's walk were deliciously cold..and beautiful.

Christmas present shopping has commenced (online) including the badgering of the children to say what they would like/need this year.

Christmas is at Sarah's house this year (for 19 of us including a new baby, yet to be born) and  yesterday we discussed an alternative to the usual waste-of-resources-useless-plastic-present crackers.  I said I'd take it on.  Any ideas welcome.  Still unsure whether to do Christmas cards.
