St Mary's Saffron Walden

A view from the Waitrose car park over the town.  St Mary's  at the highest point in the town was looking very splendid.  I was there following a trip to the recycling centre and to pick up some charity Christmas cards.

Spoke to Ben who is now staying at a hostel in Laos   He was working to submit essays for a deadline and wasn't going out as there is a curfew.  He's received news from Leeds that he can apply for a 'relocation travel grant' which is good, and another thing to think about when he gets back in a couple of weeks time.
