Flood defence volunteer gets new kit

With apologies to all those that are or have been affected by the recent floods.

Dropped my car in for a service and as I walked back through town and via the Cathedral I witnessed this strange scene. Admittedly this is only part of what was going on. Out of shot there is a man practically laying on the floor with a video camera and another next to holding what I think is a microphone. The man with the camera has told this guy to walk across in front on the camera. Still it is not often you see a man walking in green flippers.

It made me smile and that seems like a good reason to post it.
