Paper and ink - MM306

'The pen is mightier than the sword' is one of those hopeful motivational quotes. Indeed it can be, but then you'd still need ink and something to write on and then you have a weapon that is mighty yet not so bloodthirsty!

Today's MonoMonday theme is 'Secret Weapon'. And for the ED Camera Club and the month of Seasonal prompts we're needing a 'silhouette'.
So when I saw the low sun creating shadows and silhouettes on the wall I thought I could do something with the papyrus stalk in the newest bouquet and my little waterbowl for calligraphy (it's a replica of what a Chinese scholar would use to to drop water on ground inkstone to make calligraphy ink, the duck's head is the end of a small spoon, see here)
