Nearly ..

a sunrise.
There was a little streak of orange in the sky about half an hour after I got up. All wires and roof tops to the front of the house so trotted out in the frost to the back. Barely visible but I liked the winter tree silhouettes against the emerging winter light so here it is.
Heavy frost again but the frost and sun had both disappeared by the time we left Community singing just before lunch. Our second Reverse Advent brought forth masses of tinned and pocketed food stuffs.
This morning Grace sent me a picture taken yesterday of Eda putting the first of her Advent books on the Christmas tree. The little books are a set I originally bought for Grace. She also put on the Toadstool I bought her at the Christmas shop when she visited last month (she liked it as it’s like the one the witch puts in her cauldron in Room on the Broom.) 
One more sing to go today at church in preparation for our Carol Service less than two weeks away!
