The Henry Ford
We visited the Henry Ford museum in Dearborn. It's a large automobile, transportation and American history museum. This sign is an early Holiday Inn sign. It's bright and flashy so drivers could spot it.
We got lunch at a cafe in the museum. Jill's mom accidentally rammed her scooter into our table. Nothing tipped over, but it kind of set the mood for the rest of the day. She already was anxious and raising her voice.
In extras:
- 1967 Ford Mark IV racing car
- 1923 Canadian Pacific railroad snowplow
- Mold-A-Rama, a device Jill told me about but I'd never seen. For $3, you get a freshly molded plastic toy. This one makes a Polar Express train.
- Ford Trimotor passenger plane
- Burj Khalifa made of Lego bricks
