Mono Monday : Secret....

....Weapon.  Well, that's a husband who can cook!!  Not only is he a baker of renown but he decided to make this Port Wellington from the Tesco Magazine (others are available!).  It was very tasty!  He also made a quick casserole with the left over meat!   Picture of it cut in extras along with the lovely sunset we had today.
