Tofu in Black Garlic Sauce

Pan fried tofu in black garlic sauce, sautéed spinach, and air fried onion tater tots (from frozen).

This was a rather tasty meal, and everything went well together (even the tater tots—as odd a touch as they may seem). Following up with a crowler of an amazing barrel aged strong ale (The Archetype) brought back from a visit to The Bruery tasting room the other night.
