Chicken Souvlaki

This was an excellent Greek dinner. I made the souvlaki in the air fryer. The pita was the biggest source of difficulties, but it worked out wonderfully in the end. I had groceries delivered for the week on Monday (as I have often been doing during these plague times). On the first attempt, however, we were given frozen pizza dough instead of pitas (???). In response to this mistake, another delivery with just the pita was sent. But... the pita was moldy. At this point, I decided I would just make pita myself (which I have never done), and it was excellent.
