Tuesday: The Team That Bowls Together

There was little space in today but it wasn’t all work.  I had a very lengthy Skype meeting which started off a bit nerve wrackingly as the technology wouldn’t play ball but it came together in the end.

Not long after that ended we headed out for our annual Christmas celebration.  It’s pretty much the last week we can do it as people start to head off for Christmas leave.  Lunch was followed by.....yes......you guessed it, bowling.

On our way out, we bumped into my Brazilian colleague who works in the same building as us.  He was telling us that, for their Christmas party, he had everyone over to his house and they had a mariachi band..........ours rather paled into significance by comparison........

And, I’m pleased to report, I wasn’t as rubbish at bowling as I thought I would be.  I think it helped that I was wearing my Union Jack bobble hat that Secret Santa had brought me......
