Sailor's Warning

We were all shattered when we got home last night, however TT still headed off to work at the crack of dawn.  I had to be careful not to sleep in again, so the best thing to do was to get up.  I let BB sleep on as late as I could, and then had trouble getting him out of bed as he was still very tired.

I felt in need of some solitude today, and spent the day pottering at home, doing a few chores (it was a good drying day!) and tidying.  I also went for a walk this morning, as rain was forecast.  However, we were lucky in that the rain didn’t appear until very late afternoon.

I didn’t need to cook tonight as a friend was coming to visit and we were having an Indian takeaway. 

There was an amazing sky this morning, which did herald the arrival of the rain.
