Birthday Boy

Joshua is nineteen today, still a teenager and still Mums ‘baby’.
His day coincided with his units Christmas Day so his day began with ‘Gunfire’, (a military style of tea where whiskey and water in equal parts are used to brew it), for breakfast followed by a rugby match between the Junior Ranks and the SNCO’s which the Juniors won. The warm up consisted of a beer or two, half time was more beer and beer at the final whistle.
Some port with one friend and Jack Daniels with another preceded an early night.
