DAY 5 COLOGNE...

...and someone’s birthday!!
Today was our last on the boat
#this is one if the Christmas trees on the boat.
## It was great to carry on the celebration with O’s 25th Birthday (where 25 years had gone I’ve no idea?!?!).
We got him a breakfast cookie and the chef did a chocolate message on the plate that O then used for breakfast:)))
We were collected at 9:30 for our hours transfer to Düsseldorf airport. After a frustrating wait for the desks to open thanks to a real jobs worth!!! We didn’t have long until we boarded.
Besides a pilot shout out for O we all got a complimentary glass of champagne from the BA crew. Such a nice treat.
We landed early...collected by taxi...and were home within 2 hours of landing.
J&K got off promptly as they had pets to pick up so The Rev and I went off to collect Daisy from Mums. She had obviously had a lovely time with plenty of cuddles and walks...dont think she got up to too much mischief!!!
O&M went to see Last Christmas at the cinema to end his birthday celebrations...more to come on Saturday!!!
